Many people's lives are blighted by not being able to work because of no appropriate footwear, affecting their ability to contribute to their families' welfare.

Children are unable to walk to school, often long distances from their homes which affects their futures and ability to secure work.

In addition, small craftsmen and traders are able to earn a living from the shoes they get through us, creating sustainable support to all.

Refurbishing and trading used shoes in developing countries, employs people and provides a means of earning a living in countries where opportunities are often sparse. All refurbishment work carried out by local people, creating much needed ecological employment.
